  • The design of your TOW combines an effective insulation and ventilated facades and roofs that serves to regulate the microclimate within the house. Cross ventilation is also one of the most effective methods of natural ventilation. Cross ventilation allows wind to enter one side of a room and out another. Ideally, cross ventilation uses wind-driven force to bring cooler air from outside and replace the stale, warm interior air. In temperate climates, natural ventilation may be all the cooling you need for much of the year. This constant movement of wind through a room creates cooler indoor temperatures. This combination of features effectively prevents rapid overheating in the summer and excessive cooling during the winter. To further enhance your comfort, we can provide the option of installing a ceiling fan or integrating an air-conditioning system as needed.
